Stage Manager

Stage supervision system:

The system adopts advanced digital and computer network technology, audio and video technology, multimedia technology, and establishes an integrated system that integrates stage supervision, monitoring, command, scheduling and other functions. One set of equipment and one interface can achieve comprehensive control of stage communication and video supervision and monitoring. Real time audio and video communication between stage directors, stage designers, directors, sound engineers, lighting engineers, actors, and related business positions has been achieved, meeting the requirements of on-site supervision, monitoring, scheduling, and overall business coordination.

The internal communication system consists of two parts: wired/wireless communication system and video camera/display system, which are essential facilities for stage supervisors and stage directors to conduct on-site.

Internal communication system:
The internal communication system, also known as the intercom system, generally adopts four wire and two-wire wired voice communication systems. The stage supervision console (equipped with an internal communication system host and video display screen) is located in the stage area, and there are internal communication system wall or desktop communication stations and plug-in sockets for accessing mobile communication tools in the dressing room, waiting area, and related technical rooms; The main communication tools are portable waist bag machines, wireless intercoms, wall call stations, and reminder broadcasting systems.

Video camera/display system:

Camera system:
There are PTZ cameras installed on the back wall of the audience hall, on both sides of the entrance, and inside the music pool to capture performance or conference footage; The audience entrance hall, waiting area, and actor running channel are equipped with pan tilt cameras; There are PTZ cameras installed inside the main stage and stage warehouse to capture images under low light conditions after the main screen is closed during performances. These cameras are used for monitoring by the performance technical room and backstage actors, as well as for recording meetings; Both the sound reinforcement control room and the stage supervision position are equipped with camera control keyboards, which can be controlled separately.
In order to meet the requirements of TV program recording, professional camera signal sockets are installed on both sides of the audience hall, in the central area, and at the building seats (among which the professional camera signal sockets reserved on the rear wall panel of the seats in the audience hall area must ensure that the seats can be used after being lowered to the floor height). To meet the needs of different machine types, each camera signal socket is equipped with multiple signal interfaces (including professional camera composite light sockets and HD-SDI sockets). All optical cables and audio signals of the sound reinforcement system in the sockets are led to the TV broadcast signal comprehensive socket in the control room next to the broadcasting garage, which is used for signal connection of the TV broadcast vehicle during power supply and broadcasting.

Display system:
In order to facilitate stage supervisors, directors, actors, and VIPs to timely understand the situation of the stage and audience hall during performances or conferences, corresponding quantities and specifications of video monitors have been installed in the stage supervisor position, makeup area, sound reinforcement/lighting control room, and VIP room.
Considering that some cameras and displays are far away from the control room, fiber optic matrix switching is used to switch video signals, and all video signal formats are unified before distribution and processing.
After the camera signal is switched through the fiber matrix, it is sent to various displays in the makeup area, the sound reinforcement/lighting control room, and equipped with high-definition displays to display images from each camera in multiple screens.
