Introduction to Stage Machinery Control System

JINDONG HI-TECH Stage Machinery Control System is developed based on the characteristics of cultural symbols, multiple uses, cross-border applications, adaptability to diversity, and large information content. Following the principles of systems engineering, it comprehensively simulates and integrates elements such as capital, efficiency, creative expression, environmental adaptation, mechanics, form, trajectory collection, response time, energy, information, lifespan, usage management, modeling, algorithms, overall performance, process, layout, and sustainability.

At present, there are four control system architecture modes: industrial computer based on programmable controller+PLC+programmable frequency converter/programmable servo driver/hydraulic motion mode; PC controller based on industrial computer+frequency converter/servo drive/hydraulic motion mode; PC controller+axis controller+frequency converter/servo drive/hydraulic motion mode based on industrial computer and axis controller; Automated process control mode based on PC/PLC instrument+actuator. Future R&D team: Improve informatization and achieve intelligence.
